Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Prospera 360 uses when you visit this website or contact us, why we use it and the choices you have.Last updated: 24 August 2026

  1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is PROSPERA 360 Ι.Κ.Ε., trading as Prospera 360, Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM) 803340296, G.E.MI. number 194923506000 and EUID ELGEMI.194923506000. Our registered office is 16 Tsimiski, 54624 Thessaloniki, Greece.

For privacy questions or to exercise a right, email info@prospera-360.com. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically need and securely request them.

  2. Data we receive

When you use the enquiry form or contact us directly, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number, area of interest, message and any property or page connected with the enquiry.

Our hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical request data, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and security events. The website does not ask for payment details, identity documents or special-category data. Please do not include them in a general enquiry.

The telephone field is optional. If you do not provide the name, email address and message marked as required, we cannot identify and answer the enquiry through the form.

  3. Why we use it and our legal bases

We use enquiry data to reply, understand the service you requested and, where relevant, take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where those steps do not apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering genuine business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

We use limited technical data to deliver and protect the website, prevent abuse and establish or defend legal claims on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). We may also process data where necessary to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). We do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising and do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.

  4. Who may receive it

Access is limited to authorised Prospera 360 personnel and service providers that support website hosting and business email. Professional advisers may receive information where needed for the service you request and only under an appropriate professional or contractual duty. Authorities may receive data when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data and do not share enquiry data with advertising networks. An independent lawyer, engineer, notary, tax adviser or other specialist is responsible for their own privacy information where you appoint or instruct them directly.

  5. Where data is processed

The website is configured to be hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Economic Area. Business email and professional providers may use infrastructure in other countries. If a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, we require an applicable adequacy decision or another safeguard permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR, together with supplementary measures where needed.

You may ask us for current information about relevant transfer safeguards for your enquiry.

  6. How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is necessary for a legal claim or legal obligation.

If you become a client, information needed for the engagement moves into the relevant client file and is retained under the separate contract and applicable legal, tax, accounting and professional requirements. Technical security logs are kept for the shortest period required by the hosting provider's security and incident-response settings.

  7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email info@prospera-360.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence. We normally respond within one month. We may need limited additional information to verify the request and may extend the period where the GDPR permits, explaining why.

  8. Complaints, children and changes

Please contact us first so we can investigate. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your country of residence or work. The Prospera 360 website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly invite enquiries from people under 18.

We will update this notice when our processing, providers or legal duties materially change. The date at the top tells you which version applies.
